These two new features are Export to Excel and Submitting a URL. Exporting to Excel allows you to export the grid data in either a CSV or XLS file format which helps the sharing of the data. This feature is commonly seen across the entire system.
To export the contents of the grid, you simply press on the Export to Excel button as shown above and the system will automatically prepare your download to be saved into a Microsoft Excel format. You will then see this window appear where you have the option to pick which application to open the data in, and where and if you want to save the file.
